QUALITY
Quality is a critical issue to be able to compete on both
home and international markets; consequently, I have thought
it crucial to organize EUROART so to
apply and develop a suitable Quality Management
System.
This System, which is hereafter described, complies with
the ISO Standard 9001/2000 and is the
necessary instrument to guarantee quality of products.
The application of a Quality System represents
a free choice, felt necessary and agreed upon by the whole
company staff. Both Company Management and co-operators
work to involve all the staff in the System, therefore,
the Quality Management System is approved
by the undersigned who ratifies its prompt enforcement.
Target of EUROART is the Customer/Market
Satisfaction and Meeting of Customer/Market requirements
and expectations through a steady technological
innovation of both processes and facilities, so to market
reliable quality products.
The main principles hereafter are then followed to achieve
this target:
Keeping a steady cooperation with
customers to meet their requirements.
Achieving the established, agreed
quality standard at competitive prices.
Improving products through a steady
improvement of quality in operation and management processes.
Keeping a number of suppliers able
to supply raw materials at a good quality/price ratio.
Involving the company staff in the
achievement of quality targets through the development
of a proper training plan.
Estimating suitability, respect and
effectiveness of the Quality System through the application
of a proper plan of Internal Audit.
All the workers at EUROART are aware
of the provisions of the company quality policy, share
their aims and make every effort to achieve them. |
